WHAT TO EXPECT

Established January 2018, Center Seven is a spacious yoga studio with a cozy gym, an event space and home to The Oak Park Wellness Collective. We aim to provide a thoughtful selection of activities to the community for adults of all ages for resilience, restoration and longevity. -Love & Light, Amy Lea
CLASS RESERVATIONS
Classes must be booked online as we are not accepting drop-in participation at this time. You may register and review class descriptions here.

NEW STUDENTS
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete your new student registration and waiver before your first class. At each visit please sign in, leave your shoes in designated area, and take all other personal belongings into the studio. *Please wear clean shoes for fitness classes.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please be courteous by arriving on time to check in and set up before class starts. We do not offer refunds for late arrivals. Important information is often shared within the first 5-10 minutes of every class and we intend to begin promptly at scheduled times. THE FRONT DOORS ARE LOCKED when classes begin and teachers may be unavailable to open the doors OR may choose not to accept late arrivals. Late arrivals may cause unreasonable disruption to the class or pose a safety concern if discussion or activities have already begun.

WHAT TO BRING: Water & Equipment
A mat is REQUIRED for all classes except for dance. A clean towel or blanket is REQUIRED for classes that use bolsters. We have a small selection of mats to for rent ($5) or blankets ($10)  but for everyone's health we strongly encourage you to bring your own.
Please sanitize the borrowed mat after class and let it sit to dry, we will roll them up and put them away once they are aired out. You will find a list of required or recommended equipment for each class here. Please bring a full bottle of water and all other props you may want to use, and thank you for understanding.

WHAT TO WEAR
For all classes, please wear clothes that you are comfortable in. We have practice belts to share with you in belly dance classes, and our yoga classes can get warm but they are not hot yoga or power vinyasa classes. You may find layers appropriate for any class. Shoes may be worn in the studio for fitness classes. Please wear clean shoes to fitness classes.

SHARED SPACE
Center Seven shares a building with independent health practitioners who may be offering sessions in studio adjacent offices during Center Seven programming. Please be mindful when entering, keeping voices low with respect to fellow practitioners and their clients.
