WHAT TO EXPECT

Center Seven is Home for Mind-Body Arts & Education in Oak Park Sacramento. Established January 2018, we have a spacious studio with a small gym, and a few additional offices which are home to The Oak Park Wellness Collective. Our Vision is to inspire personal commitments to health through experience, education and a thriving community.

We are committed to a variety of formats while maintaining reverence for the intentions, principles and lineage of each one. Although sentiment may organically overlap, our fitness classes are intended to provide activities founded in exercise science, our yoga classes are intended to provide yoga education and inspire personal practice, and our dance classes honor both the history and evolution of the art with discernment. We offer informed classes that can be practiced in accordance to your inherent wisdom, guided simply by the unique understanding and experience of each teacher.
