Our dance classes reflect the historical and modern context of the art with discernment.

Subtle to energized asana includes movement understanding, breath awareness, pranayama and meditative aspects of yoga. 
Classes are guided by the unique understanding and experience of each teacher.

Center Seven's unique Subtle & Supported Programs are ability oriented and Parkinson's Wise.
Yoga, fitness and dance applications can be focused on restoration and longevity, caring for a graceful maturation of body, mind and heart.
These services are designed to promote ease of movement and awareness through focused and light-hearted activities.
Benefits may include heart health, bone density, increased strength & flexibility (mobility), improved balance, coordination and capacity for activities of daily living.
