Yoga classes range from subtle to energized asana practices and may include breathing practices, pranayama, reflection and meditation. Each class is guided by the unique understanding and experience of each teacher. A personal mat is required for all classes.
SUBTLE & SUPPORTED (60m) Harmonizing + Grounding Intensity: Light-Moderate Equipment: *Mat, Block, Strap, Blanket, *Towel To Cover Bolster Description: A variety of postures at a relaxed pace with thoughtful transitions. Over time your ongoing participation will help to inform the design of this class as we work together to include options specific to each individual. This class promotes ease, resilience and restoration. Props, including chairs, may be used for postures and transitions. *Fall prevention, adaptable, seniors
Description: For beginners and seasoned practitioners desiring graceful transitions, focused effort and time for rest and integration. Designed to bring harmony to body, mind, and heart and is restorative by nature. Ambient music may be played.
YIN (60m) Grounding Intensity: Light + Equipment: *Mat, *Block,*Blanket, *Towel to Cover Bolster Description: Yin postures apply gentle traction to connective tissues to inspiring ease, increase circulation and mobility. Sustained holds invite space for self-observation and towards subtle energies. Postures keep you relatively close to the ground with ample time for transitions. We strongly encourage bringing enough props to keep you comfortable throughout the practice. Please wear unrestricted comfortable layers with options for warmth (warm socks etc.)
Description: A variety of breathing practices and sun salutations, class is a blend of hatha, vinyasa and tantric yoga studies. Sequences may be challenging with an array of alignment cues and modifications. Class highlights awareness through personal observation with space for rest and integration. Practice is most often accompanied by music. *Vinyasa literally translates to: To place (Nyasa) in a special way (Vi). Vinyasa may be practiced as a dynamic "flow" from one posture to the next as well as in posture that are held steady and still. You will find Vinyasa Krama, or "wise progression" at the foundation of this class.

Fitness classes are anchored in mind body integration, structural integrity, skill development and health while honoring your pursuits of well-being with knowledge and experience. A personal mat is required for all classes.
STRENGTH & BALANCE (50m) Intensity: Light + Equipment: *Mat Description: Strength and balance training, easy going pace, rhythmic combinations and exercises on the mat. This class includes light muscular endurance and cardio with a proprioceptive emphasis. *Fall prevention, adaptable, seniors
CONDITIONING CIRCUIT (45m) Intensity: Moderate - High Equipment: *Mat
Description: A creative circuit for strength, endurance, cardio, balance, coordination, speed, agility and power. Learn how to modify and progress exercises, specific to you, using gym equipment and body weight exercises in this small group training format.
MAT FITNESS (45m) Intensity: Moderate + Equipment: *Mat Description: Rhythmic and up-lifting whole body strength and mobility training with dynamic challenges guaranteed to warm you up from head to toe.
PILATES MAT FUSION (45m) Intensity: Light to Moderate Equipment: *Mat Description: Blending contemporary Pilates methods with mindful strength training exercises (body weight only) highlighting stability, posture, alignment and structural integrity.
DANCE FUSION 101 (50m) Physical Intensity: Light-Moderate Mind-Body Complexity: Introductory DANCE FUSION 201 (50m) Physical Intensity: Moderate + Mind-Body Complexity: Skill Building Challenge Description: Inspired by raqs sharqi / classical and modern bellydance fusion, class opens with a dance inspired warm-up to build energy and inspire mind-body integration. Technical drills explore isolation, layering, basic traveling and combinations. Postural awareness is highlighted throughout class with gentle reminders to breathe and honor your inherent wisdom and grace. We conclude with a cool down to relax the spine, hips, legs, shoulders and arms. Please wear comfortable clothes for dynamic movement.
