Personal Training & Private Lessons can be designed for specific conditions, objectives, levels of intensity and adults of all ages.
Simple practices that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life are offered.
Personal training sessions are available in six week sessions. Training is geared towards strengthening and conditioning the whole body using a variety of tools, dynamic movement combinations and methodologies.
Exercises for skill; balance, coordination, speed, agility and power, and health; muscular strength and endurance, cardio, body composition and flexibility may be included.
Private lessons are format specific and available in single or six week sessions. Learn how yoga, fitness or dance is unique to you & advance your personal practices! Explore postures or exercises step by step, focus on your goals, learn fundamental principles & technique as well as simple methods for lifestyle integration!
The following formats are available:
1. Yoga sessions may include asana, breathing techniques, and meditation options for personal practice.
3. Senior Fitness is ability-oriented and Parkinson's Wise, with attention to bone density, heart health and fall prevention. Options for simple daily practices outside of session will be included for optimal lifestyle integration.
4. Belly Dance promotes strength, balance, and flexibility throughout the entire body...with some extra attention to the glutes and abs! Learn technique and movement foundations and explore how this dance style presents in your body. More about belly dance
Consultation: Begin by scheduling a consultation to meet your trainer, discuss format options, objectives, health history and make a commitment. Consultation is required.
Six Week Sessions: Within your first six weeks, you will begin to learn techniques and routines focused on fitness fundamentals and individual refinement. In addition to enhancing skills and prioritizing your health objectives, you will begin to develop personal methodologies for intelligent fitness/lifestyle integration.

Terms & Conditions: Sessions must be paid in full before start date. Group sessions paid in full by single payee. Missed appointments may not be rescheduled or may require an additional fee. No Pro-rates, refunds, or extensions. Personal training packages expire and must be complete within 6 weeks of start date. Medical release may be required.
